So that your mental and physical wellness routines can remain uninterrupted even as yoga studios and gyms shut down, we have made all of our apps – Down Dog, Yoga for Beginners, HIIT, Barre, and 7 Minute Workout – completely free for you through July 1st.
If you don’t yet have a regular wellness practice, but would like to get started, you might like to try our Yoga for Beginners app first, which will teach you some basic yoga poses and also teach you how to incorporate your breath.
We hope that these practices may provide you with a moment’s peace, and help you recharge when you are away from your patients.
