Service NSW is playing a key role in the state’s response to COVID-19 and is recruiting 1000 temporary team members to complement our existing workforce of almost 3000 people. The roles will be a mixture of full-time, part-time and casual, in our service centres and call centres across the state.
We’re looking for talented people with experience in delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for making a difference.
The roles are:

- Digital Service Representative
- Customer Concierge Operator – Contact Centre
